Ray Wood Exploatare SRL has processed and supplied timber and wood-based fuel from Suceava County since our registration in 2011 (Reg. No. J33/406/2011). We run our own sawmill rather than reselling, which is why we can hold a tight specification across timber, firewood, pellets, briquettes, wood chips and charcoal.
Built Around One Sawmill, Not A Trading Desk
We are based in Frasin, a forestry town in Suceava County at the edge of the Bucovina region — one of Romania's most heavily forested areas. Rather than buying and reselling finished product, we operate our own sawmill and processing lines, converting logs into structural timber, and the resulting by-product — sawdust, bark and offcuts — into wood pellets, briquettes and wood chips.
That single-site model is what lets us quote a firm specification (moisture content, grade, dimension) and hold it consistently, order after order, for both one-off homeowner deliveries and recurring B2B contracts.

Sustainable Forestry
We work to selective harvesting plans with replanting built into each cutting cycle, so timber volume is not taken faster than the forest can replace it.
Circular By-Product Use
Bark, sawdust and offcuts from timber production become wood chips, pellets and briquettes instead of waste — one log, several usable products.
Checked Before It Ships
Moisture content, dimension and packaging are checked against the agreed specification before each pallet or bulk load leaves our yard.
A Heating Appliance Range To Match Our Fuel
Alongside timber and biomass fuel, we distribute a curated range of wood and pellet stoves — more than two dozen models between 4kW and 18kW from manufacturers including ARTEL, Kalor, Duroflame, EcoForest and Palazetti — so retail and residential customers can source an appliance and its fuel from a single supplier.
